Niphaphone “Laura” Robertson (Sanavongsay) is an empowerment coach, speaker, author, and community advocate dedicated to helping women heal, rise, and live fully in their beautiful potential. Through lived experience, heart-centered mentorship, and transformational leadership, Laura guides women from survival into confidence, clarity, and purpose.

She is the founder of Beautiful Potential, a holistic beauty and empowerment ecosystem designed to support women from the inside out—bridging wellness, personal growth, creativity, and community impact. Within this collective, Laura Empowhers serves as the coaching and speaking platform where healing meets action through coaching, workshops, and impactful speaking engagements.

Rooted in resilience and shaped by a powerful personal journey—from refugee beginnings to community leadership—Laura speaks authentically about healing, grief, and growth, reminding women that strength and vulnerability can coexist and that rebuilding is always possible.

As an author and advocate, Laura uses storytelling to amplify underrepresented voices, promote cultural identity, and expand representation in education. Her work extends into nonprofit and community initiatives focused on women’s empowerment, domestic violence awareness, youth leadership, and healing-centered support.
